Fulfillment Policies

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:
    • Standard: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited: 2–4 business days
    • Express: 1–2 business days
  • International shipping times may vary based on location and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (unless otherwise specified). Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or the tracking link provided.

5. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
  • Returns
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, please contact us at mail@manhart-group.com
  • Return Process
  • Contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Ship the item back to us. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.)
  • Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
